When the harvest comes in, the spices come out. Brand new Spiced Pumpkin Chai brings together sweet pumpkin, warming cardamom, ginger, cinnamon & star anise with beautifully bold black tea leaves, fairly grown in Rwanda's Rutsiro garden. Rich, comforting & naturally sugar-free, it's the brew made for crisp mornings, golden afternoons & slowing all the way down.
Learn how to make a hot & iced version of this gently spiced, frothy chai latte at home. This iconic drink also contains less sugar than other PSLs out there & can be made 100% vegan too.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 3 Perfect Tea Spoons of Spiced Pumpkin Chai tea
- 300ml freshly drawn boiling water
- Teapot or strainer (we recommend Brewdini Gravity Steeper)
- 150ml of a milk of your choice (we recommend oat milk)
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Cinnamon Syrup (or honey/sweetener of choice)
- Nutmeg or cinnamon for sprinkling
- Your favourite autumnal mug and/or a glass of ice
- You can also enjoy this recipe using our Spiced Pumpkin Chai Sticky Chai too!

HOT PUMPKIN SPICE CHAI LATTE
-
First, pop 3 heaped Perfect Tea Spoons of Spiced Pumpkin Chai tea into your Brewdini Gravity Steeper then add the boiling water & brew for 4 minutes. You can also use alternative teapots, strainers or tea sacs to brew your loose leaf tea.
-
Strain the tea into your mug, leaving enough room for your milk.
-
Now you can add 1 pump of Sweetbird Cinnamon Syrup (honey will also work) and give it a stir.
-
Gently heat your milk on the stove or in the microwave and, if you have one, use a Handheld Milk Frother to make it nice & frothy.
-
Pour your milk over your tea and make sure you get a lovely big dollop of foam on top. You can also add the tea to foamy milk. Foam up the milk using a Handheld Milk Frother or use our Matcha Latte Magic Whisk.
-
Finish your latte with a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon, along with whipped cream to make it mega, if you’d like.
-
Enjoy!
