    "Went into the Cambridge branch to purchase a gift card but on arrival the helpful assistants told me that they don’t actually sell the gift cards in store and the only way I could purchase one is to buy an E gift card from the website -which can only then be spent on line . I think it would be great if there was an option to buy gift cards in store and to be able use gift cards in store and on line"

    Excessive postage charges

    "Called into shop with gift voucher but staff refused to use it , stating only able to be spend online. This means the £10 gift from my daughter is now only worth £6. 05 as they charge £3. 95 postage and there’s not much you can purchase for this price! Also they don’t take cash in shop. Will not be returning."

    Can my son use the gift card to buy a tea making or any of your other experiences? Probably around London area.
