    How to make a hot tea?

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 2-4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Favourite tea

    Just love this tea, It’s my go to for a comforting and up lifting cuppa . Even the aroma when you open the bag is a delight. When you need a little treat without the calories, this hits to mark.

    Morning sweet tooth

    This is my go-to tea in the morning, especially when I have a sweet tooth. It curbs the cravings while not spiking my blood sugar. Also love it for the afternoon slump time when I need just a wee bump to get me through the rest of the day. A delicious treat!
