Very poor packaging - damaged product
I had ordered Enchanted Narnia loose leaf tea, along with some other loose leaf teas, as a Christmas present for my sister. Although my order arrived in time, it was so poorly packaged that the packaging had ripped and the products were damaged. The packaging was damp, as were the packets inside, and one of the packets also had a hole in it - my whole order was therefore unusable. This was the first time I had ordered from Bird and Blend online and I had been so excited about the order, but I am incredibly disappointed. I doubt I shall be ordering again. In the end, I went to a shop (not Bird and Blend) to get some special loose leaf tea for my sister. I sent an email about the poor delivery, but have not yet received a response (but as it's the Christmas period and everyone is extremely busy I am hoping to receive a reply in the new year). I can't comment on the tea as it was usable, having been delivered damp.
