    Oh so scrumptious, sweet sticky toffee & juicy crisp, autumn apples combine in this blend of rooibos & high quality Japanese matcha. Toffee Apple Matcha is part of our Limited Edition Cosy Collection, brimming with gently spiced autumnal magic to sip all season long.

    This matcha pouch contains 30g of matcha, approx 30 cups.

    Lucuma, Japanese Matcha Green Tea (23%), Rooibos (23%), Natural Flavouring Granules, Nutmeg, Cinnamon.

    How to make a hot matcha

    • Step 1

      1/2 tsp

    • matcha temperature

      Step 2

      Add splash of 80° water

    • bamboo matcha whisking step

      Step 3

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

      Top up with hot water or milk

    How to make an iced matcha

    Very grainy!

    This is probably my least favourite matcha alongside the Hello Kitty one. Both have a major issue with the powder not dissolving properly, no matter how much you try and whisk it. I’m a fan of Bird and Blend teas, but this one left me disappointed.

Due to the additional ingredients (beetroot, rooibos) the whisking can take a little longer to properly dissolve the powder. Additionally, if you sieve the blend as a first step, this results in a smoother brew!
