    Our famous sticky chai recipe (the first in the UK!) is made in small batches, using freshly ground spices and wildflower honey.

    90g jar of Sticky Chai contains approx 9 servings, contains caffeine.  

    Ingredients

    Wildflower Honey, Black Tea, Cardamom, Ginger, Cinnamon, Fennel, Cloves, Star Anise, Black Peppercorns, Coriander Seeds

    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      2 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 2-4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Tea Mixologist Top Tip

    Heat two heaped tsp of sticky chai in one cup of milk (any milk will work) on the stove, stirring whilst it heats up. Or pop in the microwave for 2 mins - be careful not to burn!

    First timer

    It's the first time I have tried sticky Chai, I was intrigued having seen it in store. I like spiced teas and I wasn't disappointed. I made it with oat milk and it was lovely.
