Smoky Russian Tea

I've had black tea /lapsang souchong blends before and wasn't expecting much. But this one was the most extraordinary and delicious blend, I think I'm addicted and have gone on to try ALL of B&B's lapsang blends. What makes this blend very special is that the base is actually Oolong which gives a creamy, smooth taste. The lapsang souchong gives a decent amount of smoky flavour without any bitterness - like a mouthful of bonfire smoke, and it's also blended with Mao Feng Keemun which adds a savoury, malty, caramelly flavour. The overall blend is complex and delicious.

Wonderful tea - delicate smoke and the fragrant depth of quality black teas. Dorothy, we're not in Kansas anymore!
