    How to make a hot tea?

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Wait 4+ mins

      Without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

    Strong and Balanced

    This is a wonderfully strong and balanced lemon and ginger tea, and normally I do not enjoy lemon teas at all as I am not into a "hot and sour" flavor. Highly recommended as a later-in-the-day non caffeinated option. I have had difficulty finding blends without caffeine that I enjoy but this one is a winner.

    Zingy!

    I would definitely watch the brew time on this one as it can quickly become too zesty and bitter. However, when brewed for about 3 minutes, it is yummy and refreshing.
