Hello, where does it tell you how many calories are in all the powders? I can’t find the information. Thank you :)

Hi, The calorie content of all of our teas after the brewing process is lower than needs to be declared on a food label, even the blends with whole fruit pieces and candy hearts. None of our blends have any more than 1g sugar excluding our Sticky Chai as this contains honey. I hope this helps! Katie @ B&B

As a diabetic, I need to be mindful of sugar consumption. Is there nutritional information for this product or any other information regarding added sugar? Often times sweetened matcha (like this seems to be) can have a significant amount of sugar.

Hi Mimi, thanks for getting in touch. When it comes to sugars in our blends, we only have a few blends that have sugars intentionally added. When we intentionally add sugar it will only be for the purpose of enhancing a flavour that may be too tart if left unsweetened. How much percentage of caffeine are in the matcha mix?

Hi Noa, I hope you are well and thank you for reaching out to us! Matcha powder comes from whole green tea leaves that are ground down and because you are consuming the whole leaf it is packed full of antioxidants, minerals and nutrients. In fact it has been credited with having up to 10 x the benefits of regular green tea, 7 x the vitamin C as orange juice and 3 x the energy boost as an espresso shot! It is also a great source of calcium, protein and fiber. Heaps of amino acids, beta-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin E, iron, zinc, potassium... the list goes on and on and on and on. As for caffeine, matcha powder is rather high in caffeine. For half a teaspoon of matcha (one serving) we usually compare it to the caffeine of a double espresso shot! However, the caffeine hit from matcha is a cleaner feel, it's slow releasing throughout the day so you don't get that nasty buzz and crash that coffee can give you!
