    Delicious

"Bought a trial box - this was one of two that stuck! All lovely but this flavour and smell lasts and suits my taste buds and what I look for in ingredients! Highly rtecomend - I drink cold with sparkling water & lemon."

Great for lovers of Chai Lattes

"I've been trying to find a matcha flavour that tastes similar to my favourite hot drink (a chai latte) so that I can enjoy the benefits of matcha while also getting a drink I like the taste of. I tried a few flavours, but none were as good as this one. My partner, who isn't too fussed about chai lattes, also loves this flavour. We live in Norway and wish we could more easily buy more when we run out. If you'd ever consider opening a store in Norway, you've already got two customers here!"

    Matt F. (5/5)

Nice - needs more ginger flavour

"I love all the flavours. I wanted this to be more gingery, not enough of a kick to it."

    Shaz (4/5)

    Utterly delicious

"This was my favourite from the tasting selection pack - wasn't expecting it to be my fave but it just blew me away! It's got such a beautiful ginger flavour and a real depth too, all the complexities of an actual gingernut matching beautifully with the matcha flavour. I'm partial to an iced matcha latte and this works so nicely with both cow milk and oat milk, the oat milk giving it an extra flapjacky kinda vibe. This is the one that I'll be asking for every birthday and Christmas 😂 If you like ginger things, or if you're a fan of biscuity flavour teas, then this is 100% the one for you. Delicious!"

    Amazing

"Can't live without it now, I'm addicted 💖"

    Paula R. (5/5)

So warming and perfect for winter!

"I hadn't tried bird and blends matcha before but was extremely happy with this one! Its just the right amount of ginger to be warming but not too spicy - exactly what you want this time of year - and you could still get enough of the matcha flavour. It was so cozy to have with a good book and some fluffy bed socks 😊"

    Chloe (4/5)

    Delicious winter warmer

"I tried this from a selection pack it’s a lovely winter warmer. It’s quite a strong ginger flavour which I like. ☕️"

    Hannah (5/5)

    "This flavour is my favourite!"

    Christina (5/5)

    Deliciously spiced

"I love it ! It’s a gingernut biscuit in a cup ! It is so warm and perfect for cosy season ! The ginger is there but not too strong, making a nice association with the umami taste of matcha !"

    Mathilde (5/5)

    Yummm

"Ok, so I really got this in preparation for Autumn and Winter, but I had to sneak a taste! I love ginger and this was perfectly spiced. It's really good with ice but I can't wait to try it warm in the cooler months. Yummy!"

    Q&A

Hi there. How much caffeine is in 1/2 teaspoon of your ginger nut matcha (as per guidance for making) I’m pregnant and need to be aware for consumption Thanks :)
Hi there, thanks for asking! It'll be around 75mg of caffeine per serving. I hope you can still enjoy a cuppa! Ian @ B&B
Hello, So I really love the taste of this, and i used the aerolatte thing to blend it. When i was drinking it ( i had it iced in a glass) i noticed there were like brown specs at the bottom, like really fine almost looked like the colour of rooibos. When i first made it you couldnt see it, but after a bit they kinda settled to the bottom of the glass and it became more apparent. It wasnt an issue, i just didnt drink the very bottom of it, it probably tasted fine it just freaked me out haha. I get the same if there are tea leaves in my drink. So Just wondering if maybe the water i used wasnt hot enough? as i add a lil cold and then boiling water so get it to around 80 degrees? I am not too sure, maybe its just normal.
Hi Bo-Zephyr! Thanks for reaching out with a question for us. That little bit of sediment at the bottom of a matcha will be anything that hasn't quite suspended in the drink after whisking. The heavier bits will fall to the bottom over time, these are most likely to be ginger or chilli in the Gingernut Matcha. They're perfectly safe to drinks. Happy Sipping! Ian @ B&B
