    How to make a hot tea

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    "im obsessed with elderflower drinks, so when i saw this elderflower earl grey i just had to try it! i have only cold brewed it and it was definitely a great way to go! the tea and elderflower flavours are so well balanced that one doesn't overpower the other, i only got one of the small taster pouches (great way to try and experiment with teas) but ill probably come back and get a bigger pouch of this is so nice!"

    How do you make this with lemonade or fizzy water and leave for 4-6 hours without it going flat?
    Hello Claire, that's a very good question. When Cold Brewing into anything fizzy the brew time is 4 hours max - any longer and the Fizz goes as you say. My preferred way is to brew into water and then use fizz to top up the glass - if you make the brew slightly concentrated its like making squash. Happy brewing Andi @ B&B
