    • Add cold water

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    Excellent for sleeping/ relaxing

    I bought this tea to see if it would help relax me for sleep. It tastes delicious. I found it helped do my daughter tried it and she was impressed too. You can taste the individual ingredients and it’s ideal for the evening as it has a delicate flavour.
