    Black tea | Medium caffeine

    Delightfully smoky, with hints of caramel, apple and toasted cinnamon - this tea perfectly evokes the spectacular Bonfire Night treat!

    For the smoky flavour - travelling tea merchants used to transport tea all the way across Russia, smoky teas were discovered after the campfire smoke would infuse into the tea leaves at night. Nowadays it's not campfire smoke, & much more controlled, but the story behind the smoky flavours inspire us still.

    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 2-4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Tea Mixologist Top Tip

    Super apple-y served black, or add a dash of your favourite milk to bring out the caramel flavours for more of a dessert drink! Great hot with oat milk. Cold Brew in Whisky to make an old fashioned inspired rocks drink.

    Autumn in a mug

    SO smoky and sweet, it’s the kind of smokiness you’d get from roasting a marshmallow over a fire in the woods on a cold night. The apple makes it taste so autumnal, definitely an October favourite.

    Autumnal favourite

    Delicious tea, balanced flavours, not too smokey or sweet but a great combination. In my top 10 teas for sure.

    As a chocolate tea lover, I would love to see bonfire toffee with a chocolate twist. Loved seeing the smokey earl grey and chocolate earl grey, would love to see them.. together. Maybe an idea ;)
