Looking for the ultimate cooling, fruity drink this summer? Our vibrant Mango Sorbet Matcha Lassi combines the zing of mango with the creamy texture for a refreshing twist on a classic Indian drink.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 Perfect Matcha Spoon of Mango Sorbet Matcha
- 50ml 80°C water
- 150g natural or Greek yoghurt
- 50ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mango pieces
WHAT TO DO:
- Put 1 Perfect Matcha Spoon of Mango Sorbet Matcha & 50ml 80°C water (This is to avoid burning the powder & giving a bitter taste. If in doubt, add a splash of cold before the hot!)
- Use a Bamboo Matcha Whisk or Milk Frother to whisk the matcha vigorously in a 'W' motion until it is completely smooth & no lumps remain. This is your matcha tea base.
- Combine the whisked matcha, yoghurt, milk, honey or syrup, & a handful of ice cubes in a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth & frothy.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Garnish with fresh mango pieces & a light sprinkle of matcha.
- Enjoy!
Pro tip: For an even richer mango flavour, blend in a scoop of real mango sorbet!
