Here at Bird & Blend, it’s no secret that we love spooky season! From warming spiced brews, the scent of pumpkin in the air, to all the fun activities we get to do this time of year. To give you a little background on how the Halloween range comes to un-life each year, we wanted to provide you with a bit of insight into the whole timeline, from conception to screaming ‘IT’S ALIVE!’.
The Spooky Process
It all starts with our bewitching Product TEAm, who dream up the most fantastical flavours for the blends, whether that be a returning favourite like Spiced Pumpkin Pie or Baby Spice, to new, unseen blends, like Cherrified!
The TEAm often confers with people all over the company for ideas, tasting notes or just a bit of a cackle, & by the end of the planning phase, there is always a ghoulishly good lineup ready to go. After this, the creations go to our talented production & fulfilment TEAms who work their magic, blending all the fabulous flavours, packaging it all up, and then getting it ready to go out to you lovely lot.
Before the magic can continue on, all the products go to our spellbinding creative studio, where our enchanting photographer & videographer create scream-worthy visuals of everything. It’s a real scientist's laboratory in there! Then, our mystical Digital & Retail TEAms get the products in their claws, building webpages, planning store displays, testing drink recipes, you know, just to be sure that it is THAT delicious!
The Big Reveal
Finally, it gets released to you all! Months of hard work go into the collection, so we like to celebrate across our social media with fun, spooktacular content involving our TEAm members. After all, who doesn’t love a little trick or treating? We love Halloween because it’s a chance to try something new, along with bringing back some absolute fan faves too! It’s perfect for all the spooky lovers in our TEAm, & CommuniTEA too!
