    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 2-4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Opening the pouch and the tea looks like it's covered in a white film, is that expected or did something go wrong with it?
    Hi Francesca! Our packaging is fully home compostable and made from paper and plant-based materials such as eucalyptus and corn starch. It will naturally break down into CO₂, water, and biomass - and some of the natural oils in our blends can occasionally interact with the inner lining of the pouch (this won't affect the quality or taste of the tea inside!)
