    How to make a hot tea

      Boil water to 100°

      Wait 2-4 mins

    How to cold brew tea

    Enjoyable Tea, but use it quickly!

    "I really enjoyed this tea flavor, but I found that it did not last as long as many of Bird and Blend's other black teas. The tea in the bottom of the bag started to show signs of mold by the time I got to it. I kept this tea in the same place as my other black teas which have lasted quite a while, so I believe it is an issue with the tea itself rather than where I stored it. Ultimately, I highly recommend this flavor, but make sure not to keep it on the shelf for too long before you use it!"

    Opening the pouch and the tea looks like it's covered in a white film, is that expected or did something go wrong with it?
    Hi Francesca! Our packaging is fully home compostable and made from paper and plant-based materials such as eucalyptus and corn starch. It will naturally break down into CO₂, water, and biomass - and some of the natural oils in our blends can occasionally interact with the inner lining of the pouch (this won't affect the quality or taste of the tea inside!)
