    Bird & Blend Tea Co. has officially arrived in the historic city of Lincoln! Our store blend is a cheeky nod to the mischievous Lincoln Imp who adorns the city’s iconic cathedral.

    As one of our store blends 50% of all profits from sales of this blend will go to our Lincoln store's chosen chariTEA Pumpkin and Friends.

    Build A Tasting Box

    Build your own flavourful tea box by adding multiple loose leaf tea pouches for you to try a bit of everything at home!

     Build your bundle

    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 3 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Just not lincoln

    Had it, iced with lemonade, had it warm, I just can't like the tea in store or at home.

    Lincoln would've been better with a oolong called Steeped hill or a Yerba with turmeric that becomes bright yellow for the yellowbellies of Lincoln, not some spicy tea. Something a little floral, a little subtle and sipping worthy.

    Loving warming comfort tea!!

    Not usually a fan of black teas, but this one is amazing! The chilli kick makes it a lovely warming comfort tea for after a long day at work x
