    Matcha | High caffeine

    Lemon matcha is our favourite matcha blend to make an iced matcha lemonade with, or to turn into a matcha latte with some vanilla syrup for it to taste like a slice of lemon drizzle cake! 

    Fun fact! This was Co-Founder Krisi's first citrus matcha invention, as she loved the benefits of matcha but wasn't too keen on the earthy taste!

    How to make matcha 4 ways

    How to make a hot matcha

    • Step 1

      1/2 tsp

    • matcha temperature

      Step 2

      Add splash of 80° water

    • bamboo matcha whisking step

      Step 3

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

      Top up with hot water or milk

    How to make an iced matcha

    • Step 1

      1/2 tsp

    • matcha temperature

      Step 2

      Add splash of 80° water

      Pour on top of ice with water, lemonade or milk

    Tastes like a cleaning product

    I admit I'm not the biggest fan of lemon flavoured things in general, but this matcha just tastes like lemon cif or something :(

    My go to Matcha

    This is one of my favourite matches. It really does have a very lovely lemon flavour. Its refreshing and extremely tasty.
