Made in collaboration with our friends at Sweetopia, this mesmerising Christmas Pudding tea bomb is handmade with love and contains a decadent Salted Caramel Lebkuchen single tea bag within a glittery Christmas Pudding shaped outer shell, delicately decorated with green mistletoe on top!

A totally imaginative and creative tea drinking experience, just take your magical Tea Bomb, drop into hot water and watch the magical tea explosion take place. When the sweet outer case melts away it will reveal and brew an amazingly delicious, super colourful, glittery cup of Salted Caramel Lebkuchen Tea. With its taste of traditional German gingerbread dipped in decadent salted caramel... this brew is pure Christmas bliss!

Ingredients

Salted caramel lebkuchen tea bag: Sri Lankan black tea, ginger, apple pieces, cinnamon, rosehip, cardamom, cloves, orange peel, natural flavouring.

Gold glitter: mica based pearl essence pigment, iron oxide, E102.

Colouring: water, ethanol 18%, E155, E133, E555, E171, E104.

Foil trees: thickener, E464, humectant E1520, colour E102.

Red sprinkles: sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, colours E160c, E163, carnauba wax.

Isomalt: E953.

All of our flavours are sugar free and vegan friendly and contain our biodegradable plastic free tea bags as standard.

What is the shell made of (Isomat)?

The Tea Bomb shell is made from a low-calorie sugar substitute derived from beet sugar. However, it’s not actually sugar, it’s a sugar alcohol. The body does not treat it like a sugar and therefore, it has little to no effect on blood sugar levels. That means it’s diabetic friendly. It is less sweet tasting than sugar and a key ingredient used in many sugar-free sweets.

How do tea bombs work?

Simply add your tea bomb to your mug of choice and pour on hot water. Wait for 4-5 mins and watch as your Tea Bomb dissolves into a magical glittery cup of tea. This tea bomb can be enjoyed with or without milk.

Tea to impress

Very excited to make this tea. Pretty golden glitter appears first followed by amazing Christmassy smell. Tastes Christmassy too though perhaps a little sweet. I had it with a little bit of dairy milk. The 'bomb' did take a long time to dissolve and some stuck to the teaspoon I used to stir the tea but otherwise fun to make and drink.

Beautiful and delicious

I gave it as a gift to my husband and he absolutely loved it. It was first of all, so beautiful!!! It was sweet and delicious (yes I tasted it!). He loved it as a gift, super worth it for the different experience when having a cup of tea
