    How do you clean this tea tool?

    You can take your travel mug apart and hand wash with hot soapy water.
    How many tea spoons do you recommend using?

    1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 teabag if you prefer. However it is worth playing around and finding your own preference on strength.
    What is this tea tool made out of?

    This travel mug is made out high grade stainless steel with a powder coated main body on the outside. The new lid is made from plastic infused with a BioCote additive. These travel cups are heat proof, they have double-walled technology that allows you to keep your brew hot without worrying about burning your hands.

    "I loved my first B&B Keep Cup which I got in pink a few years ago. I sadly lost it, but I recently replaced it with the dark blue one and absolutely love it.     Lovely little cup

    "I use my cup for work as I work 12 hour shift. I take my milk & coffee in and just add hot water when I'm at work. It doesn't leak, stays hot for a fair few hours and it's a decent size not bulky like some cups are. I absolutely love the pink colour too"

    Disappointing heat retention

    "Liked the styling of the cup and the size and feel; but when I made a cup of tea (warmed the cup, warmed the pot so did go in piping hot) found the tea was luke warm after approx. 1. 5 hours; I think the blurb said heat would be retained for up to four hours. I wanted the cup for tea after my sea swims and really do like hot drinks nice and hot; so bit disappointed. I do have a similar thermal cup which does keep drinks hot (pinched by husband) so I know this style of cup can work better."
