"I find this cup very cute and practical. It doesn’t spill inside my bag and keeps my tea warm for several hours. My only complaint is that the opening mechanism seems a bit stiff, it can be hard to open at times."
"I use my cup for work as I work 12 hour shift. I take my milk & coffee in and just add hot water when I'm at work. It doesn't leak, stays hot for a fair few hours and it's a decent size not bulky like some cups are. I absolutely love the pink colour too"

"Liked the styling of the cup and the size and feel; but when I made a cup of tea (warmed the cup, warmed the pot so did go in piping hot) found the tea was luke warm after approx. 1. 5 hours; I think the blurb said heat would be retained for up to four hours. I wanted the cup for tea after my sea swims and really do like hot drinks nice and hot; so bit disappointed. I do have a similar thermal cup which does keep drinks hot (pinched by husband) so I know this style of cup can work better."
