    Cool summer

"Having purchased a cold brew bottle, have had a summer of iced tea, perfect for the hot weather, but cherry Bakewell has really hit the spot, the low calorie afternoon treat, with sparking water, or topped up with fizzy cherry soda, its yummy, the best, bled so far,"

    Jury’s Out

"I’m not 100% keen on this, but it could be growing on me. It’s not as flavoursome as one of the other well known tea-brands who sell Cherry Bakewell, but it’s definitely tasty."

    Emma S. (5/5)

    Absolutely love this tea!

"Fantastic tea as a cold brew. I've tried this in sparkling and flavoured water. It really goes well in cherry flavoured water which brings out the Bakewell Tart flavour. Highly recommend."

    Catherine B. (5/5)

    Q&A

What colour should this brew to? I got some of your teas for Xmas and I got this for Xmas and opened it today. I carefully followed the instructions. I used a small cup of 80deg water and 1 TSP of leaves and after 5 mins the water was slightly tinged. It smelt nice but tasted of nothing. I tried it in a diffuser and then even opened the diffuser and let it free brew but barely no colour still. I tried another TSP with boiling water and got some colour and slight flavour but barely anything. What am I doing wrong? Please help!
Hi there, thanks for asking. Cherry Bakewell is a white tea which is very delicate so should be brewed at 80 degrees. It has a pale colour when brewed and a fragrant, but subtle flavour. It won't be a strong cuppa that you might be used to from a black tea. I'm a big fan of white tea, but know it doesn't pack the punch of flavour some people expect. Ian @ B&B
Does this have caffeine in? :)
This is a white Tea base Jamie so it will contain low levels of Caffeine. Andi @ B&B
