My absolute favourite thing
I developed a medical condition some years ago that means I can't eat sugar or anything too carby. This means that I've not had a decent banana milkshake in years - only nasty, artificial tasting stuff that was so bad I haven't bothered for a long time.
Last month in Brighton I had a banana matcha iced latte - minus the sugar loaded syrup for obvious reasons, and it was to die for 😍 I've since made my way through a full tin and now have a 100g bag in my possession.
Banana matcha
400ml coconut milk drink
Ice cubes
Splash of sugar free vanilla syrup
And sometimes, as an extra treat: 2 teaspoons peanut butter powder!
Chuck it in a blender/smoothie maker
Enjoy!
My only question is... How much banana matcha is too much in a day?
