How to cold brew tea

    Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

  • Add cold water

    Step 2

    Add 750ml cold water

  • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

    Step 3

    Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

  • Enjoy over ice.

    Step 4

    Pour over ice & enjoy!

Lovely, we’ll balanced tea.

I really enjoy this tea. It has far more depth of flavour than the usual camomile tea and avoids being bitter. I prepare it in my glass mug infuser and it’s not only lovely drink but pretty in the pot. It’s not too flowery either. For me, it has that perfect balance. I brew it for about 3 minutes.
