Caramelised Biscuit Tea Latte

National Biscuit Day is coming & our best-selling biscuit tea blends are back in the tin for a very limited time only! Everyone loves a biscuit & a brew, and this recipe combines the two to give you a decadent tea experience with a crumbled biscuit on top. Mmm!

Follow the recipe below to whip up this elevensies treat that tastes delicious & can be made 100% vegan too.

If you just can’t get enough of this mega biscuity sensation, you can use any one of our biscuit-inspired blends to make your Mega Latte at home! Simply swap out the Caramelised Biscuit tea for the blend of your choice…along with your favourite biscuit to crumble on top, of course!

Supersize your latte with these optional toppings...

  • Whipped cream 
  • Caramelised biscuit or your biscuit of choice


      1. First, pop 2 Perfect Tea Spoons of your Caramelised Biscuit tea (or your biscuit tea of choice) into your Brewdini Gravity Steeper then add the water & brew for 4 minutes. You can also use alternative teapots, strainer or tea sacs to brew your loose leaf tea.
      2. Strain the tea into your mug, leaving room for your milk.
      3. Gently heat your milk on the stove or in the microwave and, if you have one, use a milk frother to make it nice & frothy.
      4. Pour your milk over your tea and make sure you get a lovely big dollop of foam on top. You can also add the tea & the milk to a milk frother or hot chocolate maker machine.
      5. Now you can add 1 pump of Sweetbird Vanilla Syrup and 1 pump of Sweetbird Cinnamon Syrup.
      6. Finish your latte with whipped cream & a biscuit on top, ready for dunking.
      7. Enjoy!
