Our famous sticky chai recipe (the first in the UK!) is made in small batches, using freshly ground spices and wildflower honey.

90g jar of Sticky Chai contains approx 9 servings, contains caffeine.

Wildflower Honey, Black Tea, Cardamom, Ginger, Cinnamon, Fennel, Cloves, Star Anise, Black Peppercorns, Coriander Seeds

How to make a hot tea

Boil water to 100°

Wait 2-4 mins

With or without milk

How to cold brew tea

Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

Add 750ml cold water
Step 3

Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight
Step 4

Pour over ice & enjoy!

Tea Mixologist Top Tip

Heat two heaped tsp of sticky chai in one cup of milk (any milk will work) on the stove, stirring whilst it heats up. Or pop in the microwave for 2 mins - be careful not to burn!

Disappointed

I really really wanted to love this. I'm a massive fan of the Banana Bread Chai and Chilli Chocolate Chai. But I've brewed this three different ways and all were disappointing. The flavour was weak, the clove taste was too strong and overpowering. What a shame!
