Did you know? We were the first company to launch a sticky chai product in the UK after Chief Tea Mixologist Krisi started recipe testing in her kitchen a few years ago.
Krisi said: "I first tried Sticky Chai in a little cafe in Melbourne, Australia a few years ago & immediately knew I wanted to bring it to the UK. Six months of testing (in my kitchen, that became increasingly sticky!) later & we launched the UK's first Sticky Chai. I honestly don't think there is a chai taste quite like it - the flavour from the freshly ground spices locked in with our wildflower honey, all handcrafted with love - it's sublime!"

What's so special about our sticky chai?
The best chai always comes from using the freshest ingredients but with the busy lives we lead we often don't have time to grind our own spices and if we store them for later they start losing their goodness and flavour!
When making our Sticky Chai we do all the hard work for you, blending and grinding spices fresh and even mixing in fresh ginger root for the most authentic chai experience. We then stir in the honey or maple to help preserve the Sticky Chai which captures all the flavour and goodness of the spice mix and locks it in ready for you to brew at a later day!
Heat two heaped teaspoons of sticky chai in milk (any milk will work) on the stove, stiring whilst it heats up. Or pop in the microwave for 2 mins.
Pour through a strainer or a sieve into your mug & top with some cinnamon or nutmeg!
You can also brew in water (like normal tea!) and add milk afterwards, for a slightly lighter taste.
Fancy a cold brew sticky chai?
It couldn't be simpler! Simply pop 4-6tsp of your Sticky Chai into 750ml cold milk (any milk will work - we love oat!) and shake it up! Leave it in the fridge overnight and in the morning, strain out your tea leaves and enjoy your delightfully spiced cold brew over ice!
