    Reviews

    Poor

"Its just a tin and sadly the lid isn't even tight. Comes off with minimal pressure so the tea will likely go stale much faster than if I had left it in its resealable packet."

    Rory (2/5)

"Love these caddys, might be worth looking at a more airtight lid though (maybe a screw top)."

    Sarah (4/5)

    Ok

"Could do with a second lid to keep it air tight and a smaller size option as I like lots of teas so don’t want large amounts at any on time."

    Louisa B. (3/5)

    Does the job

"This does the job for storing teas. However I bought 3 of them and 2 the lids are quite loose so not sure how fresh it will keep the tea"

    Natalie S. (3/5)

    It’s a tin.

"It’s very tinny and works very well."

    Darren F. (5/5)

    Caddy

"I love these daddy's they are easy to use and keep the tea dry fresh and in one place."

    Jennie W. (5/5)

Less about the tea, more about the staff.

"I came into the Oxford store near closing time. I had a very autiscal meltdown prior to this and my heqd was spinning. The team of two were lovely and comforting and I really want to say a big thanm you to them (and for my badge). Thank you you too."

    Andrew Q. (5/5)

    Very handy

"I drink enough of the same sorts of tea to justify filling one of these up. Much more convenient than a pouch."

    Iona M. (5/5)

    To a tea

"Absolutely perfect steel tea caddy - the oooonly thing I would say is, despite the description the photo makes the tins look very white/pearlescent and obviously in reality they are shiny silver . First world problem, I'm completely aware"

    Mummybear32 (5/5)

    Q&A

Can you make an option where you can put a label on the caddy to know what tea is inside. I end up having to stick paper on it to know what’s inside which slightly ruins the look of the caddy.
Hi Ele, I absolutely understand where you're coming from and will be passing your feedback on to the team! Thanks Katie @ B&B
how much 10 percent from 50g pouch (25 cups) is it from £7.35
Hi Matthew! Yes we give a 10% discount on replacement tea if you bring in your tea caddy! This should equal 74p from a 50g bag. Thanks. Katie @ B&B
Is the tea caddy suitable for sticky chai too? If not do you sell containers that are? I buy the 150g refill bags
Hello Eleanor, I would say no they are not - the Sticky Chai would dry out in a tin. We sell these blends in sealable jars with the refills designed to top them up. I think any similar sealing, glass jar would also work. Andi @ B&B
    How tall is the caddy?
Hi there, thanks so much for asking! They're 16.8cm tall. I hope they fit into your tea cupboard!
What volume can the tin hold? I gather it holds 150g like the tins you buy for tea, but just wanted to make sure :)
Hi Hanna, Thanks for your question. You are absolutely right, in that these caddies are designed to hold 150g of tea - however, depending on the weight and density of the tea you're putting in there, they can in fact hold quite a bit more than this weight, too. A denser tea, for example a fruit blend, takes up less space than a lighter blend (a peppermint tea for example) so you could fit more in. I do hope this makes sense and don't hesitate to be in touch if you have any other questions! Happy sipping, George @ B&B
