"For me this totally encompasses what Bird and Blend is about, taking a good tea and making it better. This is a great black tea with lots of depth, it has a slightly vegetal taste, but I personally think its quite a vanilla-ish and it really is a great cuppa to have throughout the day, especially when curled up with a book! It wasn't until the tea arrived that I realised it actually also contains gingko and ""natural flavourings"" (heavy vanilla from what I can judge), which is absolutely not to my taste at all. Yes, on re-checking I can see this listed in the Ingredients expandable but that information is hidden away and not at all clear. It's probably nice if you like heavily flavoured brews - the quality was very good - but it was not my cup of tea at all and I would never have bought it if the description had been clearer about what the product actually is."
"This is a really odd tea - I wouldn't have thought to mix black tea with hojicha but the effect is really nice and soothing, with a good pick-me-up effect as well. It's become a favourite in the house"
