    The best 'Cuppa" ☕️

"For me this totally encompasses what Bird and Blend is about, taking a good tea and making it better. This is a great black tea with lots of depth, it has a slightly vegetal taste, but I personally think its quite a vanilla-ish and it really is a great cuppa to have throughout the day, especially when curled up with a book! Thank you Bird and Blend for making another outstanding cuppa!"

    Alice (5/5)

    Delightful Blend

"Smoky with a hint of chocolate, a sophisticated blend to wake up to every morning"

    Anneke (5/5)

Good quality black tea with a little extra depth

"This tea is like a traditional breakfast tea, but with more vegetal and earthy notes. I can see how it represents Oxford as it tastes like the sort of tea you'd drink while reading an old book."

    Jeb (5/5)

    Delicious

"Picked some up while at the Oxford store, a really luxurious Breakfast Tea that's absolutely perfect to watch Inspector Morse with a cuppa!"

    Danielle (5/5)

    A Staple

"A lovely, rich and chocolatey tea. Like a breakfast tea but more luxurious!"

    Katy B. (5/5)

"Quality is excellent, but for the quantity, it's expensive."

    William (4/5)

    An unexpected surprise !

"I would never have chosen this but was gifted a pouch of it and I actually love it ! It is delightfully fragrances with vanilla, not at all a boring classic traditional ! I find it sophisticated and well-balanced, and simple enough that I never get tired of it !"

    Lala (5/5)

The full sensory experience, absolute favourite

"I love this tea, I have one weak breakfast cup of tea with milk no sugar every morning. This keeps my caffeine intake at acceptable levels. I keep the emptied tea pouch handy for a quick sniff during the day, instant high!"

    Hazel M. (5/5)

    Misleading description

"The description says ""This bold, aromatic combo of Sri Lankan black tea, Chinese pu'erh, and Japanese hojicha green tea. . . "" which sounds nice. It wasn't until the tea arrived that I realised it actually also contains gingko and ""natural flavourings"" (heavy vanilla from what I can judge), which is absolutely not to my taste at all. Yes, on re-checking I can see this listed in the Ingredients expandable but that information is hidden away and not at all clear. It's probably nice if you like heavily flavoured brews - the quality was very good - but it was not my cup of tea at all and I would never have bought it if the description had been clearer about what the product actually is."

    Adrian (2/5)

    Very soothing

"This is a really odd tea - I wouldn't have thought to mix black tea with hojicha but the effect is really nice and soothing, with a good pick-me-up effect as well. It's become a favourite in the house"
