    Fabulous

"I love my tea infuser. It makes making tea so easy. The depth of the neck makes it fabulous for using over a tea pot if friends come for tea, put a spoon of tea in a cup I replace the holder as a lid. Strrt for 5-5 mins, then my perfect cup is done I put the infuser into a cup and then recycle my tea leaves for composting"

    nice quality

"well built, nice fitting lid that doubles up as a coaster. Same issues as the teapot though, takes a thorough bashing against the side of the bin to empty the leaves unless you have dainty enough hands. We seemingly have low water pressure so blasting it off in the sink doesn't achieve anything other than soaking everything within a 3 metre radius."

    Terrific Tea!

"Came into shop for first time. Can’t believe it took me so long. Walked out with some loose tea to try with a wee mug strainer. Lovely cuppa Bedknobs & Broomsticks at home later on. Great customer service too. Can’t wait to try some more teas with great names!"

    Susan A. (5/5)

    Get's Too Hot

"It works well for its job, and is good for catching the smaller bits from the finer teas. But it's very dependant on mug size, and the lip for a handle gets too hot to handle for me. I literally need to take it out of the cup with a tea towel over my fingers. There's a reason pans don't have bare metal handles."

    Drew F. (3/5)

Strain well but cut my finger

"I find this tea strainer really useful and really like the lid but unfortunately I cut my finger on it when I was cleaning it so you need to be very careful with it. Bit of a shame really as I like it but as a product I’m now rather wary of it."

    Laura W. (2/5)

    Great tea strainer

"Great little gadget - the holes are so small that I no longer get small leaves or bits floating in my tea. Looks good too."

    Philip V. (5/5)

    Tea Infuser

"Great bit of kit, makes the brewing process so much easier and it's very easy to clean up."

    Kevin M. (5/5)

    Great infuser

"I've used this quite a lot since it arrived, it's great!"

    Rhianon D. (5/5)

    My favorite tea strainer

"Honestly, this is one of the best tea infusers I have ever used. I really appreciate how small the holes are, which prevents the tea leaves from escaping into the cup."

    AZegers (5/5)

    Tea infuser

"I love the tea infuser, the holes are small enough to not let too many bits through and it is really easy to clean. Only rated four stars because it was dented when I received it."

    Q&A

Can you use the sticky chai in this?
Hello Paige, you could brew your sticky chai this way, yes. just pop a heaped teaspoon of the Chai into the infuser and brew for at least 4 minutes. https://www.birdandblendtea.com/blogs/recipes/sticky-chai-4-ways?_pos=19&_sid=af63291ef&_ss=r here's our blog post on 4 different way to brew the Sticky Chai. Happy brewing Andi @ B&B
Is the measuring spoon included, or is this purchased separately? :)
Hi there, thanks for asking! The spoon and mug are separate, you'll get the infuser and blue lid/rest together. Ian @ B&B
Hi, would it be possible to use this or any of your other products inside of my grandma's old tea pot? Because I want to use tea leaves, but don't want to buy a new tea pot because hers is sentimental to me :)) Could I put this tea infuser in any tea pot or 2 mugs or something to make more than one brew?
Hi Morgan, If our Tea Infuser fits into your Grandma's teapot then you can definitely use it! It also fits most standard size mugs. The size is L8 cm W8.5cm D11cm. Happy Sipping! Claire @ B&B
Hello, I just wanted to ask if you would be stocking any other colours for these infusers? Many thanks in advance. Kind regards, Shakira
Hi Shakira, Thank you for your question! We won't be stocking any other colours apart from the blue original :) Yours brew-ly, Marlie @ B&B
Can this be put in the dishwasher?
Hi ~Gemma - you certainly can its safe to do so! you can also just empty and wash with warm soapy water - whichever you prefer. I do find the dishwasher keeps the infuser lovely and clean though. Andi @ B&B
