    Great Taste Award-winning, our Gingerbread Chai is a rooibos blend created as homage to the Nordic city of Bergen. A fiery & spicy caffeine-free blend of cardamom, cinnamon & ginger, you're sure to love it.

    Gingerbread Chai is one of our best-selling teas all year round, but it's especially popular at Christmas time. Like all of our blends, it has been lovingly hand blended & hand packed with care by our TEAm on the south coast, ready for you to sip all festive season long. Cheers!

    How to make a hot tea?

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!
