Edinburgh Rock Tea

I spent much of my childhood in Edinburgh, with my Granny on Portobello Beach! Just wow the taste of this tea took me right back! Lovely and fruity but not overly sickly sweet! Hit the nail on the head! Thank you B & B for bringing back such happy memories! xx

I have never tried Edinburgh rock so this was a complete surprise for me. Such a delicate and light tea but plenty of flavour and depending on which tea bits get scooped out of the bag I made 2 different coloured brews. My husbands brew was pink while mine was orange. I think in summer this would be beautiful cold brewed and poured over ice. I only purchased this as a taster bag but will definitely be restocking.
