    Smoky Shipwreck was created as a nod to the smuggling history of the South Downs’ coast. Sipping this tea will evoke images of smoky foggy shores with smugglers at every turn. This lightly smoked black tea blend has notes of whisky & spice to pays tribute to the heritage of the clipper ships carrying the spice and tobacco trade.

    Rooibos, Cinnamon, Japanese Hojicha Green Tea, Chinese Lapsang Souchong Black Tea, Sunflower Petals, Natural Flavouring

    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Spiced smoke

    I'm not usually a fan of rooibos, I find the flavour quite overpowering. However, the blend of spices in this tea balances the rooibos flavour perfectly.

    Warning, comforting blend, perfect for the autumnal weather.
