- Hey, I love the look of your teas but there is no nutritional information available - I have gallbladder problems and have to have a fat free diet therefore this information would be really helpful to me to know whether I can order, is it anywhere else on the website?
- Hi Rebecca, thanks so much for getting in touch. This is not information that we have to hand as we do not test currently test our blends for this. Any blends that have naturally occurring fats will only have trace amounts though. Ian @ B&B
- Hi I would like to know how to brew this tea? I’ve tried making it like I do baby spice but it kept going through the strainer (I think the tea is too small in size) and was too watery in the end.
- Rooibos is a super-fine tea! :) This means that you'll need a fine strainer to avoid any tea leaves escaping! Happy sipping, Neve @ B&B
- Would this be of a similar taste to 'Monkey Chops'? It's my favourite, but I'm having to cut down on caffeine and I don't want to miss out on it.
- Thanks so much for your question! Both contain banana but Banana Bread Chai is a Rooibos blend that also contains spices (Ginger, Cinnamon and Cardamom) So It has a lovely warmth to it! Unlike Chocolate Digestives it is lovely without milk and great cold brewed in oat milk :) I hope this helps and happy sipping! Ruth @B&B
