    How to make a hot tea

      Boil water to 80°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 3 mins

      Without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Don't forget to use a splash of cold water (or a fancy kettle!) to ensure your water is around 80 so you don't burn the delicate green tea leaves - this will ensure it doesn't taste bitter!

    "One of my favourite teas. An unexpected hit for me. It smelt amazing in the shop so I gave it a whirl, the last minute unintended purchase. It really does smell amazing, apples with spice. It tastes pretty much as it smells. A great afternoon and evening drink."

    Tasty Clove apple tea

    "The taste of clove took me by surprise but its not unpleasant and the more I drink the more I like . Clove is very good for your skin health, so would reccomend if you want skin benefits . Wouldnt reccomend to anyone who dosent lile clove as its strong. Its a nice warming tea to try."

    Not as nice as I was expecting

    "The other teas I have had from Bird & Blend have been perfect on their own, no need for sugars/ sweeteners. I have a sweet tooth and I dislike bitter flavours, so this tea was not for me. I needed to put sugar/ honey in it to offset the bitterness, and the flavour that was left was just a bit underwhelming. That being said, if you like slightly bitter teas this may be worth a try, unfortunately it was not for me."
