Our Borough store is accessible to wheelchairs with portable a ramp, please ring the bell at door & our Teabirds will pop out to help. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet. If customers in wheelchairs are attending a workshop, please contact 01273 325523 in advance so we can make your event as smooth as possible.

We run our lock-ins monthly across our stores & our lock-in's theme changes with the seasons! Check our store page for further events they are hosting throughout the year.

Due to the popularity of the workshop and the fact they sell out, any changes to your booking must be made 14 days prior to the workshop date.
Unfortunately, if you don’t show up to your workshop and fail to contact us in the 14 days before, we will be unable to re-book you for another date and you will lose your workshop space and your pennies! (Which we really don’t want!).
The Borough team of experienced Tea Mixologists love hosting workshops as it's a great way to meet new people and share their in-depth knowledge of tea. They have a TEAm of Experienced Mixologists who work alongside them.
My friend and I had a lovely time tasting teas and matcha. We then had the difficult task of deciding which ones to take home with us! The staff were lovely and treated us as friends.
